When Outback Steakhouse wanted to distinguish itself from the rest of the internet, we partnered with the brand to help develop a unique voice that would stand out from the fray. By collaborating with comedy, editorial and TV writers, we brought Outback’s voice to life and empowered the Outback team to actively engage with customers online resulting in significant increases in online engagement and optimized social spending.
